Work it In
With your hair slightly damp, work the pomade thoroughly into your hair. Start by putting some on top and working it through from back to front, then work it back again with the comb. Put some on the sides and just comb it back and you're set, there (unless you want to go all the way and buzz cut the sides). Now for the top, start by combing it from the front right to the back left, or front left to back right.
