The Russian Roulette singer has been asked to perform at the Emirates Palace Hotel in the Middle East, the New York Post reports.

Meanwhile, JAY-Z and Aicia Keys have reportedly been offered 250,000 US dollars to play a New Year's Eve concert in New York, and Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will apparently host a party in Las Vegas.
